Consumption and Grace.

Our refund policy is governed by the compute-heavy nature of manifesting artifacts through cognitive engines. We honor a strict, fair boundary between untouched capacity and consumed alchemical processes.

1. The 7-Day Grace Period (Subscriptions)

We respect your autonomy. If your "The Patron" subscription auto-renews unintentionally, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the new billing cycle, provided that zero digital film rolls have been consumed during this new cycle. An untouched darkroom grants a full return.

2. Consumed Rituals & Cartridges

Because "Catalyst Cartridges" never decay, their acquisition is strictly final. Furthermore, once a subscription roll is utilized to initiate the darkroom process, the compute is spent. We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome, and cannot offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with the developed visual archetype. You are acquiring the computational ritual itself.

3. The Cryptographic Guarantee (Technical Failures)

Latent operates on a rigorous "Two-Phase Commit" ledger to ensure absolute fairness. When you enter the darkroom, a film roll is only pre-authorized. If a network anomaly occurs, or the cognitive engine fails to deliver the artifact to your device for local encryption, our system automatically rolls back the transaction. Your capacity is instantly restored. You never pay for a failed ritual.
